Wisconsin is TOO bipolar! It's hot for a day, and then it gets cold the next. Then for next week, it gets HOT again (and when I mean HOT, I also mean stickiness and thick air)!
I've never been down south when it was in the summer, and my cousins from Cali ALWAYS tell me that it's way better down there. They say that although it's really hot where they are from, it's not humid like it is up North. But of course, where they are from is where the pacific is , so therefore, I would kind of understand what they are telling me. :s It's just that I wish we have the same breeze as they do in California, here in Wisconsin! :/
