This blogging space exists for students in EN102, at the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee. It represents "third space." What this "third space" will be, and what will happen here, is largely up to you.
One suggestion I have is that you can try to examine if there is any correlation between being poor, or less fortunate, and between crime, which is kind of like that. You could use statistics from cities with lots of crime per 10,00 people or whatever number you want to use, and see if all the locations are inhabited by people of lower incomes. But it will be hard to stray away from just feeding stats.
