Venting

So i have decided that i am so done with school, and the dorms, and stupid people. Normally this is not like me to be so negative, but i have let everything build up and get to me.

First off for my ranting that i will be doing i can't wait to not live in the dorms. Its not the dorms that i don't like, it is the room mate part of it. It has been a week or so that we have not said a word to each other. I try and make conversation, but i get no response back. It is like i am talking to myself. Better yet to add to this issue, is the fact that we have been friends since before high school. big mistake to live with her, lesson learned.

Secondly, i have decided that i have no patience when i get stressed. I think that might be why i am being so negative. It is all the little things that get me. I think i have just been trying to pretend that everything is going well and that life is good that i have been hiding the fact i am stressed out of my mind. i have never been the one to complain, and to be honest i hate the fact that i am right now. I am not one to share my emotions with someone unless they are good things to share. So i have decided that i will share with this blog, so i can get it out of my system.

Anatomy is kicking me in the ass. I have studied my butt off, been going to tutoring, and i still can't seem to be doing good in the class, and time it running out. I have no room to fail the class because that will put me a year behind because i would have to take it over. ugh. so hopefully a miracle will happen and i will ace the last exam that will allow me to barely pass.

I find that i am taking out my stressfulness on my boyfriend, which makes me feel bad. He is always there to cheer me up but lately i just can't find that happy place that i always used to be in. I hate being negative. Any one you ask will tell you that this is not like me. I have found that if i go and work out i can relieve the tension that i have. that helps a lot because i need to relax. But i feel like the time i spend working out i should be studying. I need to find that point where everything is evened out. I just want to get back to that happy stressed free life i had before this. I know i am probably just having a moment, but still its not fun.

On the other side of things, I am going to go home this weekend. I need to. Partly because kyle (my bf) is also going home which happens to be the same place i live, so it would be silly to stay here at school, when i have the chance to go home and eat good food. and i miss my cat Rosie, so i get to see her.

Any who. that was me ranting, and i actually feel better that i was able to tell someone. Even if no reads what i vented on, i still was able to get it. out. Hope everyones paper is going well, and if you really are enjoying writing it, feel free to finish mine as well. :)

Other blogs and spring break

The blog is written like a story book or writing a story you would tell to someone in person. It is very much personal and real life events happening. The compared with Shanks is very much different. Shanks is more facts with a little opinion where this blog is more of a personal example that could be used in Shanks blog. She gives her opinion but in a way thats more open to others feedback or their say on the situation she wrote about in her blog. The medium used in the writing is like i said very real life situations and the pictures make it more realistic for the reader and better to understand, put reader in writer's shoes. Also the pictures were of every day objects where the ones in Shanks were objects no one knew anything about for the most part not making it relatable. it is very different from every day academic writing by the means that its just someone writing about their day, and it doesnt really have background information or sources cited to compare information or critque.

My spring break i went to florida! i have gone mini golfing, got second place! woo! then got a great massage but dang it took almost 2 hrs to get in, only cuz they were behind in people, but it came out to be a very good massage..especially for my first time. Then we went bowling which i suck at, and thats y i insisted i had bumpers, all the guys said thats being a sally or a pussy sooo i said u can have your own lane! i got third and last every other time ! haha! then we went go carting which i think was the best part of the trip!! i beat all the aggressive guys! i did get slammed though and got a bruise in the middle of my back not cool! but still sooo much fun. We went golfing where all i did was drive the golf cart which came to the second best thing of the trip! haha and today we are going on an air boat ride where i hope i get some color!

Shanks

As i read through his work i found it is very similar to academic inquiry in the sense of background information needed before analyzing and critiquing the information. The way that is different from other pieces of writing is that he lists what the important key components are about the topic he is writing about which is a lot more accessible to readers to understanding the material. I believe that Shanks does present professionalism but incorporates his own ideas to make it have personality to how a reader see the information.

st pats day

so i rly dont see the big deal in st pats day..its rly stupid i think for a holiday.. why not just call it get drunk until 6 in the morning and do complete shit..and then complain about the headache the next day. seriously..people are ridiculous.

So I got suspended from work...

While most people would view that as a bad thing, I'm viewing it as I get to have Sunday off.....to work on my research paper? Also, it was totally worth it since I started a massive demolition derby with the tugs that pull baggage carts around, so if that's not win I don't know what is.

In reality, I'm assuming it's going to be nice out tomorrow so I'm going to lay around in random spots outside and possible frolic through whatever I deem to be frolickable. If your down for laying around and frolicking let me know

Damn lost a fight too my exam.

Wow i put in a shit tons of hour into my Political Science exam last week. I thought i was going to receive an B or a passing but fuck i failed the fucking exam. I guess you can have one bad exam once in awhile, but damn life is a bitch. You put a lot of time into something and it doesn't come out how you want it. I just needed to vent and i guess this way better than drinking some beer with a vent instead.

soo im reading this book called the lucky one by nicholas sparks and realized that he is the author of books called the notebook and dear john and nights in roldanthe and walk to remember...did anyone know that all these movies were from books made already? and all by the same guy? soo do movies have no originality or just too lazy to make a good movie? or good love story movie should i say?? what has our movies come to? just making books into movies?

Dinner

I think all the English 102 classes should meet up and we can have a potluck or meet up at a restaurant. It would be fun to meet other English 102 students and there would be a plus, we would also be eating food. Who doesn't like food? If anyone would have ideas of meeting up anywhere comment this post. So i have noticed every single post is about the research paper, which is fine and interesting to see what every one is writing about, but i didn't feel like posting about that since that is what i will be writing about for the next few weeks. So instead i thought everyone should watch the music video of " 500 miles" by the proclaimers. It is one of the most repetitive videos the same guy, and i do have to say he is looking might fine. bahahaha

Abortion or Sex Education

So, i've decided between two topics: my original topic of abortion or sex education in schools. I'm kind of torn between the two but i'm leaning more towards sex education in schools. Thats my topic choices that i'm stuck in.
But, this weekend i drove home to see my little brother and sister and take them shopping and i got some pretty amazing clothes. And a new pair of super cute running shoes, which i might try out tonight.
I also got sick this weekend. And missed mondays classes because i couldn't get out of bed (i was that sick) but now i feel better.
Ugh, i have a ton of things i need to do this week: get new tires for my car, pay my cell bill, clean out my car, pick up my puppies, and possibly some stress relieving online shopping.
OMG! Bad Girls Club is on tonight! I'm pretty pumped. I love me some bad girls :)

Confused

I want to do a topic that has to do with children with divorced parents and sports..and trying to bring the two together somehow, does this question sound good? Why do competitive sports affect children with divorced parents? is it just any easy answer question?

English 102

My neighbors across from me are playing door soccer. It's very intense. They face each other in the doorway and the ref tosses the ball at the ground and the players begin to defend their doorway space until the ball goes through someone's side. This all has to happened while their hands stay on the door frame. I played a couple of times but I am still not as good as them. It's a very addictive game by the way. They even dressed up!

Hey Arnold

What ever happened to the show Hey Arnold? When i was in grade school I use to watch that show all the time. I was watching Nickelodeon last night and the shows suck, they need to put Hey Arnold back on the air because his football shaped head was funny too watch. Also the show DOUG, that show was the shit back in the day, i feel sorry for kids today because the cartoons today suck donkey dick.
