How do I cite a Movie and an Academy Awards Acceptance Speech?

I'm using a quote from a movie and a quote from an acceptance speech during the 1995 academy awards? How do I cite them using MLA or APA?

The movie is: One survivor remembers
The Academy Awards Clip: One Survivor Remembers for best short documentary

Any help would be great! Thanks
Dan
